    Pros

honestly not many other than keeping your tips after every night other than that there's nothing special you get good discounts on ice cream and product.

    Cons

EVERYTHING and i mean it. They really wanted me to stay and work as an assistant manager for $11 and lets not even talk about crew members. They especially like teenagers where they don't know what a good paying job is and they will start them at minimum wage. Also during covid they didn't provide any hazard pay and even during the pandemic they let customers come in without masks and they didn't do anything we even got in trouble if we wanted to refuse service for not wearing masks. They don't care about their employees. I promise it's not worth the hassle don't put your kids through this. Cold Stones owned by Chicago Scoops are the worst to work for, company doesn't care about their employees and they especially showed that during the pandemic.
