I worked at Coldwater Creek part-time

    Pros

Easy interview process, Nice coworkers, advanced technology

    Cons

Management wasn't understanding of physical limitations of employees. Even when no one was in the store, we weren't allowed to sit down. Shifts would be changed with little notice.

You get what you get with retail. My job consisted of shipment, fitting room, cashier, and sales floor. Overall was a good experience depending on the DM.

    Cons

    Management needs to be better

    Care for your employees

I worked at Coldwater Creek full-time

    Pros

Some nice customers. A few good co workers

    Cons

Age discrimination company. No loyalty from employees. Horrible HR and even worse unfit DM and RM. worst I have ever encountered. I'd rather work in a sewer than work for this company.

    Advice to Management

They get what they deserve. Ever so thankful that the company went bankrupt. Anyone with any sense wouldn't purchase their merchandise.
