    Pros

Great people who are the only reason to stay

    Cons

Low employee morale, no room to move up, no motivation to advance or try harder, old school sense of management, sales managers are rewarded for not doing their job while people lower on the totem pole are always picking up the slack and never get a raise or chance for advancement.

  6. "Older feeling company"

    Pros

Large brokerage with some heft behind its name. There are a lot of free resources available through the company with professional development

    Cons

As a younger person in the company I feel a bit like an outsider as most of the people are 55+. They could do a better job creating a younger company image

    Advice to Management

deeper education for novice realtors and better management of the mentorship program.
