    Pros

    The marketing department is a hard-working group with a lot of challenges. Being a newer employee they make everyone feel welcome. The team members seem supportive.

    Cons

    There isn't a solid training program. It would be nice to have something more defined.

    -The entire company feels like a family that looks out for one another.

    I have nothing negative to say about my 18 year career with Coldwell Banker.

    Good tech tools. Realistic splits.

    Cons

    You are kinda on your own. Can be a "soap opera" atmosphere. Just developed a new program to "invest" in it's salespeople(you are technically a independent contractor. we will see how long it last.

    Advice to Management

    Really get involved with newbies. Realize there are more than the one typical out going salesperson.

    Pros

    There is a lot of support offered to the agents to help us succeed. There are weekly training courses, management with tons of experience and knowledge, and top-notch agents that all work with and encourage one another.

    Cons

    Because the company is a corporation, there can be strict guidelines as to how each Realtor can market himself/herself and his/her listings. This can also be a plus, though, due to the brand awareness of Coldwell Banker in general.

    Offers a lot of resources and brand name recognition.

    Cons

    Many extra fees levied in addition to commission split. Does not provide leads (this could be office/area) specific. Sponsored websites and marketing back end are not great.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce fees to Agents, provide better back-end web and marketing.
