    You have an office space to utilize... Teams within are very good for new agents

    Cons

    Where to start. No one is REALLY willing to help unless it benefits them in some way. They are raping you with the cut they take! What they offer you in return IS NOT WORTH IT!!!! Competitive even within your own office.

    Stop being fake and help! Helping your agents helps you!

    Pros

    Great management . CB gives Many tools for success if you are willing to put in the effort. They will do anything they can to help you reach your full potential as an agent. When you make money they do, they are there to help you.

    Cons

    It can be very difficult to use the get leads and clients through CB. Most prospecting will have to be done on your own time and money. They do have a lead router system but rarely are the leads hot.

    Nice people and a pleasant work environment.

    Cons

    Little to no training. Large portion of commissions paid to broker. No Base salary while learning a difficult business with high monthly expenses to pay.

    Offer 3-6 month mentorships to get sales associates up and running.
