I worked at Coldwell Banker full-time

    Pros

Good company to work for, great training opportunities.

    Cons

You will get a lower split than mom and pop shops, but that's to be expected.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I worked at Coldwell Banker full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great Benefits. Perfect job for a wife/husband that needs a job for health insurance, especially after raising a child.

    Cons

The systems are confusing to use. It was becoming less of an administrative job and more of an "Internet-Age" administrator position. If you're bad with a computer, it will impact about 60% of your job description. Computer training was a bit subpar.

    Advice to Management

Make computer system/software more user-friendly. Webinar learning isn't enough to teach an administrator what they need to know about Adobe/Microsoft Office products.
