    You get to really know the process of entering checks, ACHs, and invoices

    Cons

    It's repetitive and can be boring at times

    Communication to the accountants and accounting clerks needs to be better and more clear.

    Pros

    Great management . CB gives Many tools for success if you are willing to put in the effort. They will do anything they can to help you reach your full potential as an agent. When you make money they do, they are there to help you.

    Cons

    It can be very difficult to use the get leads and clients through CB. Most prospecting will have to be done on your own time and money. They do have a lead router system but rarely are the leads hot.

    Lots of weekend and evening hours. Salary is commission so no steady paycheck.
