Pros
Nice coworkers, benefits/PTO are good
Cons
Overall lack of managerial/executive support. Claims to have a great company culture, but those in leadership roles tend to micromanage and are often manipulative. They also take pride in a “work-life balance,” but new CEO has required employees to be in office five days a week (instead of the prior schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 remote) unless you make a certain amount of commission. Pay is very low and processes make it difficult to start earning commission. Extremely high expectations are put on employees to hit certain metrics, even when those employees aren’t set up properly for success. I met great coworkers here, but that was genuinely the best part of the entire job for me.

Pros
It has been apparent form the beginning that Collabera thrives in working in a positive and motivating environment. From Day 1, everyone is always willing to help you and support any and all questions through training of associates. They really live by one of their main values of "Work Hard, Play Hard" as motivating individuals definitely thrive here. If you are a sales motivated person that is driven by self-improvement, then this company rewards you well.
Cons
Not many Cons, the only thing I would have his working all 5 days in office but it's sales and somewhat expected for this line of work!

Pros
Good people, fair pay structure.
Cons
My experience with Collabera has become nothing short of a disaster, and the blame lies squarely on the shoulders of CEO Mike Fromhold. His tone deaf policies/delivery of those policies, 12 hour workday expectations, and micromanaging tendencies have created an environment that is both unproductive and demoralizing - an environment completely different than the one I - the one we - once excelled in. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with Collabera to think twice before subjecting themselves to such toxic and incompetent leadership.

Pros
- Friendly and amiable staff - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy
Cons
- Extreme lack of effective leadership or managerial support - Overbearing supervisors with unrealistic expectations - Leaders are prone to deception and manipulation - Destructive display of male ego and excessive power-seeking behaviors from managers (ex. name calling of females in the office) - Absence of diversity and inclusion, limited to individuals of Indian and Caucasian descent - The CEO is highly concerning & deeply troubling across multiple aspects
