    Pros

    Cons

-expect you to learn sales in a matter of weeks
    -micromanage ( AWFUL management)

    Pros

I really liked Collabera when I signed on- I had an amazing recruiter who found me for a role with a large company- and it was a positive on-boarding experience. However- let's just skip to the Cons because the good truly ends there.

    Cons

I tried tirelessly to speak to someone at Collabera to explain the benefits package that they offered for my child and I. Nobody ever called me back so I did my best to understand how it worked on my own- and it was taking away HALF of my salary (which I couldn't afford) because they are already paying you a salary that is less than half of what you deserve. It seems illegal that someone can work for a Fortune 500 company and over 40 hours per week and not have any sick/vacation/ or paid holidays. Or decent benefits? I asked for a raise because I found out that other contract companies are paying WAY more to fill my same role. I am just in shock that companies are allowed to treat employees this way

    Advice to Management

Give your contract employees DECENT benefits, and most certainly if you are making a huge cut off of these workers- the least you can do is pay them for Holidays and Sick time.

    Pros

It is a really fun culture and great environment to work in. Everyone is very supportive and is willing to help anyone in the office.

    Cons

Since the San Ramon office is growing with new employees, it has been a bit cramped! We need a bigger office space.

    Advice to Management

Continue with persistent communication to all employees to make sure everyone is on the same page and keep rewarding success.

    Pros

American offices culture and the variety of different people and jobs you get to touch.
You will become a master at resumes by the time you're done as well.

    Cons

Salaries are well below even entry level industry standards and you are constantly fighting and uphill battle with Sr. management and the delivery team.

Also the fact that this is a performance based industry but that comes with the territory.

    Advice to Management

Quit putting the cart before the horse and don't let the delivery team dictate what the Account Manager's and NAM's need to make the business successful.

    Pros

Great pay, flexible schedule, opportunities to work from home office, great people, fast paced and fun!!

    Cons

Usually the people that complain negatively about Collabera did not cut it in the first place. Collabera hires only the best. Anything less will stand out like a sore thumb and will trigger negative responses. In my opinion, those people should in fact, move on.

    Cons

Their HR support sucks, calls weren't returned, and when I was initially contacted the job was offered at $13.65, three weeks when all background checks, urine tests were back and time for Collabera to offer me the contract they came back offering it to me for less. I refused to except the less offer and after some e-mails back and forth I was sent and offer letter stating the salary was $13.65 per hour with high possibility of the position becoming permanent and a salary increase, which didn't happen. No fault of Collabera. After I'd been on the project six months, I requested a pay increase and was told that the employer said no, however according to Honeywell Collabera was being paid $42,000 per year for that position and Collabera had the ability to increase the salary, it was at Collaberas' discretion to do so.

    Advice to Management

Project lacked structured support by HR.

    I worked at Collabera full-time

    Pros

    It's a job.

A positive is that they pay their employees to write good things to say on Glassdoor because the truth would actually hurt the company. Which is actually against the terms and conditions of using Glassdoor. It's a bold company that has absolutely no regard for human decency or proper business dealings

    Cons

    Management is a joke.
    Emotionally abusive environment.
    Miserable recruiters and sales team.
    High Turnover.

    Advice to Management
