    Pros

People working as account managers already got promoted based on performance .
Awesome culture, great people, great training!
2015,2016,2017 - they it, got amazing growth - both for company and each individual, lot of rewards, great compensation !

Beware only best of the best get selected in first place!!

    Cons

Some room of improvement, always the case, with travel policy! Keeping up with the current growth pace is going to be challenging, but the leadership has vision!

    Advice to Management

Please keep doing what you are doing, phenomenal vision, great echo system - please keep nurturing the hunger to grow, with values intact and promoting efficiency! Nothing wrong in aiming to achieve the best, watch it - staffing industry is going to look at this organization as "role model"

PS: I am not paid to write this review nor am I going to release my identity!

    Pros

The first person to work with me was enthusiastic and professional, and did his job well. The rate they got me was excellent. The individuals I worked with were polite and seemed to be trying to do well in the face of monumental red tape.

    Cons

I was told I could telecommute after the first month, but they never told me the policy was changed until I accepted the position and started. I drove 95 miles EACH WAY. My first paycheck went astray, and I had to resubmit time sheets several times over the five months I worked there. No benefits.

    Advice to Management

Do not promise what you can't deliver. Offer benefits and paid training.

I have been working at Collabera as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

    good benefits as a contractor

    Cons

They only work with project managers and engineer/IT people. If you ask them to post you for a creative job, you're sunk. They only see you as your last position.

    Advice to Management

It is difficult enough to find a job, this company doesn't have any wishes to do anything more than they have to in placing you for your next job.

I worked at Collabera full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good salary. Good and honest HR.

    Cons

You are forced to take PTO if it's a client holiday but not collabera holiday !
You don't get clear policy documents from employer, when i asked for it, got a snippet in email from the HR.
Forget about employee care completely even if you are salaried employee.
They gave me in writing about filing Immigration for me during job offer and when followed up for 3 months, ultimately got a one liner email that they can't do it.
When clients complaint, u get to hear it a lot, but, forget about appreciation for good work.
Employee Relationship person onsite ! Should be called client relationship person who only takes are of grief from client and not from employee.

    Advice to Management

It'll be nice to have the policies and benefits mentioned more clearly. And have some transparency in the company atleast with your employees.

    Pros

It's good for fresh college graduate.

    Cons

Very fussy. Insurance premium is like $200 a month. Outrageous...Don't expect any benefit from this company. I and my wife were planning for a baby but insurance for both of us was estimated to be $700 a month so we thought of changing a company soon and than plan for the baby.. Yes, $700...Isn't it crazy?
