Pros
Worked here to pay off some debt and ended up loving it enough not to quit as I originally intended. It’s good steady work that pays well. The thing that keeps me coming back every day is the level of support I receive and the great management. I’m a simple man. If you treat me well I’ll keep coming back for more.
Cons
There’s a lot of learning on the job. Not much hand holding.

Pros
Salary gets credited on or before time, even if there's a holiday over 1st or 2nd of any month. Cultural activities and festivals are celebrated whole heartedly. Annual event - BLAZE is something never seen before.
Cons
Almost nothing! This company gave me a good platform to grow for 3+ years, but since 1.7 years the management is pathetic. There was a time when it was said that if a person spends 5+ years in Collabera, He/She would never leave this company! That time has changed and now majorly middle and senior management is leaving the organisation. Long working hours : 11-12 hours working is normal and usual and has become a culture. HR is not supportive enough : HR is not employee centric but they are rather more manager centric and are driven by managers. Partiality and favoritism : If you are result oriented and straight forward employee, this place is not for you! If you are below average or average and well mixed with all the managers/management/HR, they will do whatever it takes to keep you there and happy. Panel interview process for promotions : This is where partially comes into picture. The one who needs to be promoted, gets a promotion, no matter what they say in their internal panel interviews, ESPECIALLY SENIOR MANAGER'S GIRLFRIENDS!!

Pros
We live our cultural values. I have spent a year with Collabera @ Vadodara. We are not perfect but I have chosen to stick around and make an effort to make it better unlike others who just run away. Great work environment! You have to be really passionate and bold enough to take any challenges. People who cant, then just get frustrated and chicken out eventually! Nice infrastructure and Lot of fun activities. Doesnt feel like we are away from home Salary is good and so are the incentives. They keep coming up with new initiatives which are all EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY. Young and Dynamic management and leaders! Very approachable and always infuse energy in you!
Cons
Maybe the work life balance to some extent but I knew what I am getting into from day 1, so no complaints there. Management could be a little more patient and tolerant towards any issues and not just react to it. I see them all being very young and try to take things personally but these are some cases related to be. Wont generalize it/

Pros
Great co-workers that really support you through everything.
Cons
Collabera is extremely numbers driven which is not a problem at all if you have proper management and training. They do not give you proper training and throw you into roles that you are unprepared for. When you don't achieve the results, they want you get reprimanded and told to do better. How can one do better if there is no proper support and trainings? Management does a very good job of telling you what they want, but they do not provide the proper support to achieve these goals. They need to do a better job of developing their team. The environment is extremely stressful, and pretty much everyone is unhappy. No one in our office had been there longer than a year which should have been a huge red flag right from the start. They have an extremely high attrition rate, but they don't seem to mind because they are constantly hiring new people to fill up for the people that leave. In regards to growing with the company, they tell you specific metrics to hit to get promoted. Once you work your butt off and hit those metrics, they tell you they no longer need more people for that position or that they aren't promoting until a later time. It is very dishonest. All these great reviews are being posted because the company is making their employees write these reviews during work hours. I would not recommend working at this company.

We're sorry to hear about this experience, and that things did not work out as we all hoped and expected they would. While we're proud of the direction our company is taking and, as you've said, the great, supportive team we have, we appreciate that a fast-growing company like ours can move at a speed that doesn't work out for everyone. But that being said, we're always interested in improving, and any feedback you have would really help us make it the best workplace we can for our current team. If you're able to share some feedback with us at BusinessExcellence@collabera.com, we'd be grateful to listen and put it to good use.

Pros
Collabera has been an excellent place to work and has given me all the tools I need to be successful as a Recruiter. Account Managers are responsive and tenacious in their approach with submitted candidates. Management is always pushing new and seasoned employees to be better and that is what makes this branch so successful.
Cons
The majority of the employees are younger and inexperienced so the overall workforce is not ramped up. There are a few recruiters who have been recruiting for more than a year but the rest are still learning. This gives pportunity for growth but can be seen as a negative to prospective candidates.

Pros
There are good opportunities for growth should you decide to pursue them. Collabera gives you the opportunities for growth. There is strong leadership and a clear mission. Management is open with all employees and values contributions and consistently demonstrates a commitment to the betterment of the employees. I have grown a lot working here and see a lot of potential for more in the future.
Cons
Transition processes need to be stringent

Great workplace to learn and build your recruitment career. Perfect training ground for fresh graduates and Ideal battlefield for insanely competitive people.

Pros
The project work was fun to do and something in an area that I did well.. Program management. I was contracted (short term) to work at Intel here locally. Not the first time I've dealt with Intel, as I worked full time for another company who was one of their major suppliers in semi-conductor equipment. Collaber was easy to deal with. They appreciated you and would make small gestures to let you know that. The hire on was easy at least for me.
Cons
Pay was way too low for the type of work I was doing, basically a managerial position. But contracting companies are getting cheaper than they used to be. I don't like being tied permanently to a job right now due to other personal responsibilities, for that I would like short term temp contracts. Collabera
