I have been working at CollabraLink Technologies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The biggest pro is the people. The people you work with and see on a daily basis really determine your success and the company's success. Everyone here, from an entry level to an executive position, are nothing short but spectacular. The people you work with and for, want to see you succeed and will do whatever they can to do that. The actual work can be bland at times but what really motivated me was the other employees by my side.

    Cons

Like many companies, the day-to-day work can be difficult at times but that's not the company's fault. There were no cons through my experience.

    Advice to Management

Continue to succeed (I know you will!)

I have been working at CollabraLink Technologies (More than 3 years)

    Pros

One of the best jobs I've had! Since allowing me to work remotely I can just focus on the job at hand instead of politics of an office.

    Cons

They don't have an employee budget for professional development.

    Advice to Management

Plan more events to get the whole team together such as happy hours etc.

I worked at CollabraLink Technologies (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent benefits and pay (average for the area), but not great.

    Cons

No work life balance. They underbid and under staff projects, and you are left to do the work. Very limited support and no training, once you are on a project and at a client site.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in your people

    Pros

Excellent co-workers. HR officer very easy to work with and get ahold of when needed. New employee on-boarding process very easy.

    Cons

As with any DoD contract company there are never really any opportunities for formal training. Would be nice to stay abreast of the current technology with actual training.

    Advice to Management

    Spend some $$ on training.

    Pros

Relaxed schedule is the only pro.

    Cons

Lot of internal politics, zero promotions, and selfish management

    Advice to Management

Don't take advantage of your employees. Big disconnect from the CEO's vision of the company to execution done by management.

I worked at CollabraLink Technologies full-time

    Pros

The benefits are great for a smaller size company, 401k match is impressive. The flexible schedule is wonderful to help those cope with work/life balance. Response times with back office and admin issues are very fast. Culture is fun, corporate parties, happy hours, charitable events.

    Cons

There is no career planning. Promotions happen sporadically, and sometimes only when an employee threatens to leave. Training and Development is only on a request basis. There is a sense of entitlement and arrogance from some upper management, A LOT of micromanaging. There is little room to grow, and compensation is not competitive.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Recognize your back office for their hard work. While they don't necessarily help your bottom line, they keep the ship running smoothly.
