      I have never worked harder in my life, but the work is worth it. Regional Directors are free to make decisions and run our territory with minimal micro management.

      No nights or weekends Scratch cooking Chef designs and creates menus Great support from Regional and HR

      Cons

      Must use recommended vendors---for small last minute items it would be nice to have a Visa card to go to grocery store.

      Pros

      Work life balance has to be number. Considerable amount of paid time off, no late nights and very few weekends. My position allows me the flexibility of both working from home and traveling. We have great clients and employ some really cool and talented Chefs and kitchen staff. The company went above and beyond in supporting us financially and emotionally during a time when many others were so uncertain about their futures.

      Pros

      If you're looking for quality of life, this is definitely the place for you. Holiday and "most" weekends off is something you'll not find in other areas of the industry. Another huge plus is the management team is comprised of chefs which means you'll be supported from the top down when you need help with vendors or menu ideas. Lastly, you have the opportunity to work directly with the customer on the kind of food they want to eat, thus allowing your creativity to shine in bringing them the food they're excited about.
