I worked at College Nannies+Sitters+Tutors part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you like working with kids and have experience they will hire you. The app gives you a good way to access your schedule and make availability changes.

    Cons

I was in a couple homes that were a mess or didn't have food to feed the children. College nannies says they meet with the families before hiring sitters to work with them, but I would not put my employees in some of the homes I worked in. I got paid $11.50 even with multiple years experience and only got booked once a month, if that.

    Advice to Management

Invest time in learning about the expressed concerns of sitter or nannies.

    Pros

    You can choose your availability

    Cons

Underpaid for your services. Watching children is no easy feat, and making less than the average sitter is an insult.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your sitters more.

I have been working at College Nannies+Sitters+Tutors full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I believe that this is a great company that truly cares about helping people find care for their kids. As a Role Model Manager, I get a say in who gets hired, how to best train them to do their jobs, etc.

    Cons

A lot of pressure on me to find the right people in a limited amount of time. That can make things stressful. The families can be demanding and rude at times.

    Advice to Management

Keep working hard, you're doing great.
