    Pros

Good pay, with very manageable hours.

Unfortunately dealing with spoiled suburban kids and parents can be a giant hassle.

    Advice to Management

Overall, management has set up a very nice work experience at College Park Athletic Club. They might want to try and bridge the gap between foreign staff and Americans.
