I worked at College of Charleston (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Most of the lower level employees are a delight to work with. The location is clearly fantastic.

    Cons

Management is a bunch of dinosaurs more concerned with looking important than actually running things. Pay is universally low. Practically no advancement opportunities due to nobody ever retiring.

    Advice to Management

Start doing your jobs instead of looking for social functions to attend. Empower your employees.
