    Pros

Great environment with young professionals who are eager to work. No matter what your position you will learn about the industry, the company, and the people you work with (inter office and clients).

    Cons

It was difficult to obtain needed information as the team was incredibly busy, multitasking, and overworked.

    Pros

Great interview process. I had 2 interviews and was offered a job.

    Cons

Pay is great. Benefits are too expensive. The department I worked for the technology was a little behind the times. The solution thats being offered to clients is not stable. Crashes to clients databases would not be discovered for weeks. The department I worked was very fast paced and short staffed. No training was offered. You were expected to learn as you go- self training. Which was highly impossible on the old solution that was not window based. You were also expected to work constantly. Management even called late at night if issues arose. Management is the worse!

    Advice to Management

Even highly skilled employees need training. Hire managers with management experience. Hire honest managers who take responsibility and not make their employees the scapegoat. Luckily for me I found employment with another company less than a two months after I left.
