    Comfortable, A lot of holidays.

    Cons

    Boring. Very loa pay. No career progress. People don't ever want to retire which chokes the talent hoping to climb up. Management makes not very transparent in decisions

    Pros

    Pretty laid back environment. Excellent vacation time off. You feel good knowing that you are the initial contact that will start a students academic life.

    Cons

    No room for growth. This company will hire someone that they like vs. a very qualified candidate.
