  • wa not able to keep my jobs due to previous teachers that are full time and needed my job to keep tenure (in 5 reviews)

    Stable job with good benefits

    Cons

    no growth. All bosses will stay till they retire . Very top heavy organization. Pay very high salaries to unnecessary top executives.

    Advice to Management

    Education doesn't need so many people in leadership positions. Get rid of them!

    nice people, good benefits but expensive but others have worse. positive.

    Cons

    organizational design seems complex. too many layers of managers due to matrix.

    try to find simple ways of doing things without so much red tape

    Pros

    Pretty laid back environment. Excellent vacation time off. You feel good knowing that you are the initial contact that will start a students academic life.

    Cons

    No room for growth. This company will hire someone that they like vs. a very qualified candidate.

    Great team and a lot of responsibility.

    Cons

    Get hired on before the 15th of any month... because after the 15th, you'd have to wait until the end of the following month to get paid. Stillness great place to work, so it worth waiting for.
