      Pros

      Benefits comparable to most banks, pay was slightly better but bonus was not as good.

      Cons

      Constant turnover in management presented many challenges. Goals were changed quarter to quarter so it was nearly impossible to gain momentum with sales as the focus was constantly shifting.
