I worked at Color Spot Nurseries (More than 10 years)

    Pros

At one time this company had incredible products, a family spirit within its workers and an awesome management style.
Unfortunately that era is long past.

    Cons

After 10 years of devoted service to this shipwreck of a company they laid me off the week of Christmas 2015.
Bitter? Yes. On review I believe that their days are numbered.
They are losing accounts, class action lawsuits pending, etc.
If you work there you might to do a re-think; if you are looking for a job than do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
I could carve a better company out of a bar of soap.

    Advice to Management

Take a look in the mirror gentlen....that reflection you see is the whole problem.
