I worked at Columbia Asia full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Thanks to Columbia Asia for allowing me to learn and apply the skills in the process that I was involved in. This position helped me to develop a number of skills necessary for performing well in the competition. However, my career growth is too much slow. I feel like I reach a point where I am no longer learning new things.

    Cons

-Any company I have ever worked, whether I was in sales or not, I believed that every company must be focused on sales. Many positions I have held were in customer service where we supported a team of sales representatives. I love customer service support because I love the constant human interaction and the satisfaction that comes from helping someone solve a problem.

    Advice to Management

Sales and customer service are related to each other and support to each other. Customer service is kind of after sales, and sales is responsible for sort of getting the customer in the door. Customer service and sales can work together to build trust. One of the best ways to build trust with your clients is to provide useful and relevant services. Taking customer services serious creates more revenue for the company. It is as simple as running your business well if we provide good customer service.
