      Multi-ethnic work environment, easy to learn new technique and know-hows in the field of biomedical , and good commute

      Cons

      low salary , most of supervisor are not care about your career plan and income , you need to work hard to satisfy their demands. and many people have to leave in three yeas .

      It is a nine to five job where you work with next generation sequencing technology and do biobanking along with other routine laboratory techniques.

      Cons

      Very low salary and no space for advancement. Current place of work is poorly designed for the needs of the employees and the work that is done

      Good benefits Many vacation days Smart people to work with

      Cons

      No room for growth No bonuses Low salaries non comparable to other companies Management does not care about employees Management blames low level employees for mistakes made by upper management Hire freeze 2 million dollars in deficit created huge cuts in employees salaries but management gets increases even though they are the ones responsible for the deficit. Everyone is unhappy and looking for a new job
