    Pros

    Benefits are good, can be pricey to get the best coverage but at least the option is there. Like the parking reimbursement program.

    Cons

    Insanely bureaucratic, low salary, not much room for autonomy or innovation. Some executives have the "my way or the highway" approach. High turnover.

    Advice to Management

    Support innovation, offer more flexible work environment, get rid of micro managers.

    Relatively flexible schedule, and I was allowed to work from home every onces in awhile.

    awful pay. awful benefits. couldn't take advantage of flexible scheduling

    I love the science we do here!

    Cons

    They did not pay me for the first two months when I started because the lost my checks, the housing situation is horrible, HR usually forgets to renew contracts or start your paperwork

    Something has to be changed

    The health insurance is definitely great, and the medical campus offers several good options. There is a lot flexibility for taking days off.
