    Pros

The company offers the work experience of smaller company but with the benefits of a much larger organization. Learning opportunities are numerous and encouraged.

    Cons

If you come in me under the impression that your job is temp to perm, be aware it might be more likely permanently temporary. Resources are often hired on a temp to perm basis but management seems reluctant to ever make a decision on the permanent side of the equation. The standard answer seems like "the paperwork has been filed" but nothing ever seems to happen.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent with expectations of temporary staffing.
