Friendly environment, easy monthly goals, understandable when it came family and sick days. Great opportunity to move up in company. Had a lot of support from management and co workers. Loved it when I was working there.

    Cons

I have been working at Columbus Bank and Trust full-time

    Pros

Usually great people, everyone usually tried to help one another succeed at their goals, pay wasn't that bad

    Cons

Management would fight quite a bit, constant stress from the upper management,

    Advice to Management

Realize not everything can be what you want. Give credit where it is due or you will lose employees.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Columbus Bank and Trust part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The best reason to work at this bank is because of the laid back atmosphere. Also you get to dress up M-F in true banker attire and Friday Business casual. They offer good health benefits and a good stock match program. It's also a great job to have while you are moonlighting as a college student. They offer part time positions as well. They also have benefits.

    Cons

Not a whole lot of fancy perks other than the few mentioned above. Also sometimes certain people get hired that don't have the guts to make simple banking decisions. Very annoying when trying to get things accomplished for customers who are in a hurry.

    Advice to Management

Hire people that know what they are doing and not just going to where nice dress clothes and keep a chair warm.

    Pros

Iam glad to have a job

    Cons

CB&T is just a local community bank and therefore it does not pay national; wages

    Advice to Management

Use the marketing principle MBA and listen to people working on the frontline before they make costly decissions that won't work in the first place,
