The pay is decent and the floor level people are great.

Cons
Very poor management with changes in management very often. Managers are not given any structure or real direction and then they are discarded to cover up for upper managements short comings. Employees are treated the same. Such a high turn over in employees for a company as big as CM. Very wasteful, This company may be profitable but after working on the inside I could see where there are tons of opportunities to save money. Quality and safety in the product are also not a very high priority. Bottom line is employees are disposable to CM and are used to cover up managements short comings,
