Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear your view of upper management is negative. We are confident the people we hire in those key roles exhibit behavior in line with our mission, vision and values. We strive to provide an environment where associates feel they're valued, treated fairly, and respected. Our associates are encouraged to provide further feedback. If you are not comfortable speaking to your manager, you can speak with HR, with someone in leadership in another part of the organization, or use our Ethics Hotline which is run by a third party.
