There are rare pros in CT (Comtrade), as a manager u have FULL responsibility over project, but in reality u are just mail writing machine for C level management and client. Only for young people with no experience so they can learn how not to do business

- You work with state (ministry's, departments, sectors etc), so ,,client'' rearly know what it whant with it's projects or software. - U never have dedicated person on a project, and priorities of projects constantly shifts so u never know who is on your project and if they work at all, - To many managers to little programmers, coders, QA, testers etc - You never have enought people working on projects, so your projects ar constantly late, software is barely working...

- relatively low salary in comparison with similar companies - some teams have max utilization, while others have much relaxed atmosphere - the project depends on the team and it is difficult to change teams (even if there is a better fit at other team/project)
