- good work life balance - friendly atmosphere - interesting projects - diverse employee perks
Cons
- relatively low salary in comparison with similar companies - some teams have max utilization, while others have much relaxed atmosphere - the project depends on the team and it is difficult to change teams (even if there is a better fit at other team/project)
