- friendly people, from the receptionist to the CEO

- supportive, promote continuing education
- do well with communicating with others
- not finding any at the moment.
I have been working at Combined Properties full-time (More than 3 years)
Paid well. Allowed to manage my schedule as I need to. Not mirco-managed. Parking included in my salary. Occasionally can work from home.
Lack of respect for employees time by Upper Management. Upper Management is out of touch with employees. Needs to communicate upcoming changes better.
I worked at Combined Properties as an intern (Less than a year)
Departments had experts to work with and learn from, lots of responsibility for an internship, good balance of being part of the organization and also getting to learn. Solid focus and business plan. People genuinely sought to improve the properties instead of just filling a job role. High performing people stay with the company and have opportunities.
It's a regional company. The real estate industry is inherently cyclical, but my impression is that Combined's capital structure is less subject to them.
