    Pros

Large scale allows for opportunities that do not exist in other companies. Leverageable programs exist for a variety of groups. Several career paths available.

I worked at Comcast (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great Benifits, procedures in place for chain of command. Chances to move and change jobs.

Lots of Down sizing, every 4 years. Workload can be over whelming.

    Advice to Management

Managment works well with workers. The administration of it all gets to be heavy on policy.

Once you get seniority you get to choose the shift you like the most.
They usually accommodate to your schedule and try to work with you
