    Pros

    Plenty of challenge in technical skill, great people to work with, great training.

    Cons

    Tough to advance. No raises or promotions. Be prepared to work multiple shifts often. Little recognition of hard work. They hire temps for 6 months then fire them to avoid having to give benefits.

    Be more responsive to the needs of your employees.

    I worked at Comcast full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Love the culture and people. Benefits are also very good. Job is challenging and most of the time interesting. Lots of room to learn.

    Cons

    Management is overly agressive. Long hours and lots of overnight work. Training is mostly on the job and expectations are demanding.

    Add additional training and hire more people.

    Technical support in tier 3 offers a lot to its employees good team work a lot to learn and good Benifits after 90 days

    Cons

    Once you are in, you cannot change your department you have to wait for entire year to move to another department.

    Pros

    4 days from office, 1 day remote.
    Cheap internet and premium TV (~30$ a month)
    Good healthcare company (bluecross)
    Dental insurance (Meh, $1500 max a yaer)
    On site gym

    Cons

    I work in a remote area where few employers. If you work and live in South Jersey you won't have a lot of options if you want to leave the job. Consider an option for area where there are lot of business clusters.
    Salaries are blew market rate, and performance of engineers are based on data center calls.

    There are lot of contractors in the company, and most of the contractors are low quality engineers. Some of them fake their credentials in order to get a contract position.

    When you have a high retention rate, it slows down the company growth.

    Advice to Management

    Try to lock down your engineers instead of making them unhappy with blew market rate wages.
