    Pros

A great place to get training and usually has pretty good job stability. There is a wide range of jobs that can be done at the Bank so you have the ability to move around if you get bord in your current job.

    Cons

It is very conservative and the systems are very old.

    Advice to Management

Give more feedback to your employees and make them feel like they are important to the group.
