    * Management not afraid to develop innovative new products

    Pros

The Sales function is highly motivated and supported with learning tools themes "The CommScope Selling Methodology".

The organization is quite big on "selling the Commscope way" and encourages the sales teams to keep the focus on being the customers' source of trusted advisory.

    Cons

Not many cons but for one who is intent on rapid growth opportunities, there are not too many exposures or encouragements within the system to achieve rapid growth.

    Advice to Management

Implement career enhancement as an elaborate structure within the team management strategies
