-Efficient Training & Support when on-boarding. -Encouraging atmosphere to ask questions or ask for help when needed. -all feedback is valued and heard -All employees and management ensure support, guidance, and assistance. -Flexible and understanding of schedules or personal matters. -Willing to accommodate career changes within company if expressed interest.

-For being a small company some things like tech applications can take more time to get approved and on board to the company system.

An amazing women owned and operated company right outside of Burlington, Vermont. Commando has a collaborative, fast pace culture- everyone likes to get it done! There is a lot of opportunity to grow and you learn every day. A very unique experience in the fact that you get to see the product come together from conception to launch.

Commando is a growing company! You must be open minded and willing to wear multiple hats
