A Company With Great Values, That Cares For Their Employees

A big enough bank to be able to try new positions, and get promoted. They invest a lot of time and money into training and developing their employees. They also take time to throw events for their employees, like appreciation events. If you are willing to work very hard, being promoted is very easy, and there are a ton of career paths you can take. Commerce definitely has the best benefits than any other company I have worked for.
Cons
I have worked at other banks, and as they are more pushy and strict on sales goals, other banks also have better incentive plans. I saw a lot of my incentive pays at other banks, but did really see incentive pay outs on the retail side at Commerce.

Great sales management group, works toward common goals in sales department
Cons
Legal and credit department are main decision makers in a very conservative vein. Sales management support is futile against these other two groups.
