I have been working at Commercial Vehicle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The job isn’t hard but can get stressful at times. You deal with a lot of numbers and loads of different part numbers. The Team Leaders and Supervisors are very cool and nice people as long as you stay on their good side which isn’t hard to do just don’t be a slacker. The pay is good.

    Cons

The company could use a total organization makeover. Better structure for a smoother process. Due to pandemic they are behind on orders so most nights are 10+ hr shifts and 6 days a week. On 2nd shift you literally have no life but on Sunday if you got the energy to human. A lot of new faces come and go due to how fast pace things can get which is overwhelming for newcomers. A good amount of employees from different departments are under quarantine so they are very short handed. It’s not a bad place as long as you show up to work on time and you don’t slack off or miss any days. Then you’ll get the cold shoulder from almost everyone in your department by it effects everyone drastically due to being short employees.
