Impressive technology stack and willingness to leverage technologies to enable and empower the organization to be competitive in the market. Productive environment that embraces constant learning and self growth by letting you wear multiple hats if you choose to. Willing to look at problems at face value and collaborate as a team and organization on next steps. Passionate about the problem(s) they are solving.
Cons
Take advantage of being a smaller, nimble organization in an untapped market. Be willing to be wrong about decisions as long as you are being proactive about making them. Embrace experimentation. You guys have the tools, process and people, just need to execute :)
