I have been working at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I have been employed at CBA for 5 years, I joined as teller and in the past 5 years have been able to move to a manager role within the branch network. The bank has been very supportive of my career goals in that time and I have had plenty of coaching and training to allow me to succeed.

    Cons

Not a lot of flexibility in the branch network for managers eg. no laptop, no mobile, no remote email access so I am abit nervous as to how my managerial role will look when I start my family next uear.

    Advice to Management

Manager level staff need access laptops and mobiles in the event that they need to work flexibly.
