    Pros

The company is 24/7. If you have a 2nd job and/or are going to school you have an opportunity to form a schedule that works well with a busy life.

    Cons

Poor benefits, poor management, no room for growth. You see a TON of money spent on clients/sales and none on employees that do a job well done. The priorities of this company are not on track for a positive and stable future.

    Advice to Management

You have to engage and motivate good employees. Without them you will have an overworked, tired and disengaged workforce. Your employees are what make the gears turn, it is okay to add a little grease every now and again.

    Pros

Friendly co-workers but that's pretty much it.

    Cons

steer clear if you do not want to be micromanaged by the most incompetent cast of people.

    Advice to Management

the sales guys are so snobby and stuck up for no real reason. They avoid conversations with other departments. They act like they're God's gift to earth when in reality they are just a bunch of fat guys selling car rides.

    Pros

Great pay, promotions if you work hard and challenging work. Bonus program is generous and for a large company still gives a lot of freedom and isn't too corporate.

    Cons

Long hours, sometimes crazy amounts of work and while the pay is generous the benefits are not great. Expensive insurance, no 401K.

    Advice to Management

Up the benefits to recruit more talented employees.

    Pros

The best part about the company are your co-workers. Oh and the free parking. Training is instense and thorough then its sink or swim time.

    Cons

Favoritism, nepotism, inconsistent, high turnover, at times downright unprofessional. They train about internal customer service but the place is ran on fear. Will break you down morally. Benefits are expensive.

    Advice to Management

You hire excellent staff learn how to them keep. Practice what your preach in your training, keep promises.

I worked at Commonwealth Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    parking,ok part-time job,well organized company.

    Cons

NOT a good full time job. i worked in this company for about two years as a driver, most weeks you'll have 2-3 days off. to make money and to have good jobs you will have to be a chauffeur for more than a year, yes you heard right, for the 1-2 years,so for the first year plus you will make around 300 a week as a full time chauffeur. the bathroom at the drivers area are disgusting, the urinal has more than a year broken and the odor is terrible, the bathroom partitions are full of some nasty mold. if you tell them that you are available for work all day they will give you pick ups at 4-5 am which you have to be at the office one hour before, this means you have to wake up at 2-2:30 am and most of the times after two jobs they said there is no more jobs for you, really? if you are going to give drivers jobs that early in the morning at least give them good work, to get a good sleep and get up by 2am you have to bed in bed by 6pm the day before. one other issue is that you don't get pay down time, a lot of times you get a couple of hours between jobs that you are not getting paid for BUT technically you are available if they need you, this means they have all the drivers on call without paying for it (genius idea$ for them) at the end of the week if you "worked 30 hours" it was really 40 plus with the down time that you did not get paid. expensive health benefits BUT no worries with the little money you will making there you are automatic qualified to get the government insurance, guarantee.

    Advice to Management

PLEASE when you are hiring new chauffeurs and during the training advice them about the real potential money they are going to make, there are people who quit their jobs because all the promises and them realize is was all crap after a couple of days working. pay down time to drivers like others company do, you says you are a TOP OF THE LINE COMPANY WITH TOP OF THE LINE CLIENTS start paying to drivers like a top of the line company at least start paying the hours when the driver get to the office until he is done for the day.
