    Pros

37.5 hour work week - this has to be 5 words. How stupid.

    Cons

    Benefits stink
    Management is forced to micromanage
Morale is so low you only do enough to not get fired
Raises aren't related to anything other than not being fired
    Union is crippling
Used to have job stability, now there are hundreds of jobs on the burner because of the IT consolidation
Pay is garbage, it used to be okay with how the benefits packages used to be, now they suck too

I have been working at Commonwealth of Pennsylvania full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I have a job, that is about it. Job security is gone and changes are not well thought out making for a lot of problems and a lot more work with fewer staff.

    Cons

No leaders, only managers barking orders. No job security, benefits are no good, contrary to popular belief. Extreme micromanaging. Management shows favoritism and pass S over some great choices for promotions.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees with respect. Constant micromanaging does not make a productive work environment.
