Good Health insurance, 12 paid holidays, respectful environment.
Cons
Cheap - cut budget by cutting basics to employees - i.e: no water is provided (employees must bring their own drinkable water), no napkins (napkins only for the public - employees must not use napkins or bring their own napkins from home), no overtime (workload keeps increasing, but you don't have extra time to do them), and 30 minutes lunch only. Also, unfair division of tasks - whoever works gets double work, whoever does not work (yes, they got those too) gets less and less work (and no warning).
