    Pros

Employees had access to seek treatment by on staff physicians if they felt it.

    Advice to Management

Remove current leadership and replace with leadership that will treat employees fairly, spread the wealth and reward them for a job well done.Implement strategies to boost morale.

I worked at CommuniCare Health Centers full-time

    Pros

I worked at CommuniCare in Woodland for 1.5yrs as a RN. Amazing co-workers who are truly there for the patients. Providers are easy to collaborate with, although not true for all sites. Great place to get 1yr of new grad experience, but after leave. Pay horrible but good benefits.

    Cons

Management is unbearable. Constantly understaffed and overworked. Company does not appreciate their amazing staff members and rewards only those who kiss butt. Drama mimics high school. Patients are not their priority, only numbers and money. Company can easily replace you and they make sure you know that. Beware they will throw you under the bus and fire you without warning. Do not trust anyone.

    Advice to Management

Rethink the mission of this company and focus on patient care. Company is deteriorating rapidly and changing the numbers in order to get grant money is going to catch up to you in the long run. Appreciate the little amount of staff you have left who are working the hardest rather than those who sit and boss people around. Remember karma.
