Great benefits & PTO. Fun an friendly place to work at.
No job security. Aside from the no job security, there really are no cons.
great hours and flexible schedule, love kids
have no cons about the company yet

Good opportunity for recent college graduates to gain experience in a dynamic field.
Workload at times can be trying; salary and benefits are less than ideal, although the experience is worth it starting out.
Advice to Management

14 paid holidays, serve indigent, non-insured population at several locations.
CONS: Traveling involved. Computer system is terrible and frequently out of service.
Poor communication throughout organization. Inexperienced leadership with poor leadership skills. Disorganized. No consistency. Challenging to serve indigent and uninsured who are usually very sick. Now provide medical services for MHMR psychiatric patients at the MHMR facility and psychiatric patients also come to our clinic to see the doctor. Challenging to work with psych patients.
No pros for this company. Everyone complains about how miserable it is working for them.
No room for advancement.
No lunch break; you have to eat what you are serving the kids and the kitchen hardly brings enough food.
Trainings are ridiculous.
No consistency. Have been told several times that I may not have a job because of low funding, however a new curriculum was bought and cameras were installed into early Headstart classrooms.
