    Pros

The staff is like family. Many of us are very engaging and personal. Because of this we really try to give everyone a helping hand.

    Cons

Things can get really busy fast! One moment you might be working on just one or two things and then out of nowhere you'll be slammed.

    Advice to Management

Management does a good job at being personal. That has made the lower staff feel very appreciated. This helps on really busy days.

I worked at Community Bank part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Family oriented and yet professional environment. Management takes their employees very seriously and appreciates those who have been loyal and has provided longer service. New employees are welcomed to a very open and friendly environment. Customers prefer you call them by their first name, because they too feel like family when they enter the branch. The manager and customer service officer from the Santa Fe Springs branch tries to meet employees requests, and works well with them. They help new employees reach branch goals, and they offer incentives and provide lots of recognition. Absolutely the best environment to work in, and workers are awesome to work with!!! Starting salary is way above the minimum, even for those who've just started, and benefits are included! Just SUPER AWESOME!!! And, the new CEO is David Misch who is very involving and tries to understand

    Cons

I really don't know what serious flaws there are. Every organization has flaws, but Community Bank has nothing major to be concerned about.

    Advice to Management

Reach out to those employees who've been with the company for decades and recognize their efforts and services.
