    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Community Counseling Centers of Chicago full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The ACT team does amazing work with difficult (but rewarding!) clients, and keeps a great sense of humor while doing it. My supervisors were very supportive. My clients, as I said, we're difficult but awesome.

    Cons

I was one of the many casualties of the serious mismanagement that almost resulted in C4's closing last year. After months of not getting paid on time, getting my health insurance abruptly cut off, and then watching the mass exodus of staff when the agency announced it was closing that couldn't be recovered even when C4 was saved, I finally had to leave. I was overstressed, overworked, underpaid, and I had no sense of job security left. I hope it's turned around.
