Everybody is really passionate about healthcare and community health, upper management especially. Membership is increasing constantly, so there is always enough work to do. Since it is a small organization, your role literally does everything from start to end (a lot more responsibilities).
Small company which means their isn't much room for movement. Every department is managed so differently.
Advice to Management
Spend more time on your employees: rewarding them, team building exercises, and listening to them.
