I have been working at Community Health Connections full-time

    Pros

Able to help an underserved area with work that really benefits the community!

Recently hired President and CEO is a former employee who comes very highly regarded - many hope / expect that he will create a stable, positive work environment

    Cons

Lots of changes with management and policies right now which creates an unstable environment - less support and concern about employee satisfaction as focus seems to be on the "Bottom Line" right now

    Unlikely to receive a raise
