    I have been working at Community Health Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    FISH Philosophy! The employees are definitely a priority. There are wellness programs, summer activities, a Leadership Academy, public speaking, Spanish class, yoga, and best of all meditation.

    Cons

    Salaries are extremely low due to being a non-profit.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Flexible Hours, Spent some time in the field away from office.

    Cons

    The management was awful. Very political.

    I worked at Community Health Group part-time

    Pros

    Everyone is friendly, and everyone is treated with the best respect! You won't find a company that takes this much care for their employees.

    Cons

    Training was horrible. was trained for 10 minutes then was put to work. Had to train myself with the help of co workers.

    Advice to Management

    Have better training programs. Besides that keep up the good work

    company takes care of their employees

    terrible training, cliquish, no warning or reason given for ending assignment.

    have more than one trainer and one that can speak English clearly

    Pros

    The culture is very customer focused. It is place that definitely likes to provide fun for their employees. The CEO also seems to care about the employees too. She meets with all new employees. Never heard of that before.

    Pros

    Friendly atmosphere, nice management, good training. New building with nice cubicles, free coffee and tea. Lunch meetings and paid holidays.

    Cons

    There is lots of nepotism and favoritism. Too may meetings. Large case loads with unrealistic expectations. Managers micromanage.
