    Ability to work from home. Good immediate manager.

    Lack of support to bring in top talent and pay average wages to keep top talent.

    Advice to Management

    Build from within can only take you so far. You must bring in higher level managers to ensure proper support to maintain safe environment for patients.

    Pros

    Great people and a solid pay with strong work life balance. They are looking for talent and building great teams to improve many departments. Patients are the center of the work

    Cons

    Very conservative traditional office culture. Siloed organization. Rough financial times for the company means raises and bonuses are scarce.

    Advice to Management

    ReOrganize!!! Way too many VPs in charge of business major functions that they are not experts in and are not qualified to lead. Get out to our facilities and really try to understand how we can do our work better. Establish a vision and publicly champion it. It must be more that EBIDTA results.

    Pros

    Got decent bonuses. Worked with a great team. Great Holiday party. They were really good to us for holidays in general. Happy work environment overall.

    Cons

    Raises tended to be minimum for those lower on the totem pole. The pay was all over the place for people in the same role which seemed unfair. Pay is definitely on the lower end but is a great place to get in and get your feet wet. Because it is so big, departments tend to work in silos which is terribly frustrating, made it hard for the hospitals to have confidence in what we said since we overlapped. There is a lot of secrecy with everything which is also frustrating when you prefer transparency.

    Benefits are ok, and most staff and providers are great to work with.

    Accounting can't get things right. Supply orders get denied (pens, post it notes, basics)
