    Pros

Smart, intelligent personnel. The Team was very capible once we were given direction and leadership. The company did allow paid time off for blood drives and other volunteer causes.

    Cons

From the start, the team lacked direction and leadership. The original manager got sick within a month of hire and she was not replaced for serveral months. This caused several people to leave the project.

    Advice to Management

If there are going to be an aggessive time frame to complete the project, they should proved the leadership and direction need to complete.

I have been working at Community Health Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Pay
    Paid Holidays
    Flex Schedule
    Work/Life Blance

    Cons

Senior leadership needs to reevaluate their stance on how they treat employees. They have unrealistic goals for the bonus structure and generally do not care for their employees.

    Advice to Management

Communicate more with employees. Be as transparent as possible with changes that will affect the company and the employees. Keep the employees informed with new processes coming down the lane instead of once they are in effect. Actually acknowledge your employees when passing in the hall. The overall moral of the company has taken a turn for the worse, and I am concerned for the wellbeing of the companies longevity for future growth.
